Rama Navami is a Hindu festival that celebrates the birth of Rama on the ninth day of the Hindu month of Chaitra, which usually falls in March or April. Rama Navami in Gujarat falls on 02nd April 2020. Rama is the first son of King Dasaratha and Queen Kaushalya of Ayodhya and is believed to be the seventh incarnation of the Hindu god Vishnu. Out of various reasons, the main reason to take avatar as Lord Rama was to put an end of fearsome multi headed demon Ravana, the king of Lanka. Rama, prince of Ayodhya, won the hand of the beautiful princess Sita but was exiled with her and his brother Lakshmana for 14 years through the plotting of his stepmother. Hanumanji is the extreme devottee of Lord Rama. He is the central character in epic Ramayana. Hanumanji participated in Rama's war against king Ravana and saved Sita who was kidnapped by R avana.
